1. Can I make it myself?

Skin-off is just a name given by Vinari,

so it doesn't matter if anyone makes it.
(Overseas already have a variety of skeletons in placements.)

2. Can I exchange another skin-off leather?

There's no frame for the central skeleton.

It's made every time, so the shape changes every time.

3. I'd like to apply for a special skin-off.

You cannot apply for another skin-off.
